Can we rename values TRUE and FALSE when grouping by a checkbox in a report?

hi all,

I hope someone will understand my question and can give me some tips or suggest variations how to handle such use case.

I would like to count the number of events/visits per Account which are planned and which already are finished.
The criteria here is not Due Date or another standard field on Event. The criteria is a custom field, a checkbox with name 'Visit Completed'.

If 'Visit Completed = TRUE on the Event record this will be counted as Finished Event. If FALSE this will be counted as Planned.

Now, I created the following report:

My report:

The chart is showing the 'Is Visit Completed' in the Y axis, but this is showing FALSE and TRUE because these are the options in the checkbox. Is there any way to rename these values on the report?, e.g. FALSE='YTD Planned' and TRUE='YTD Completed'?.
I was trying with a Summary Formula, but it seems to be that this doesn't count anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you create a Custom Formula field that reads:

IF(Checkbox = TRUE, "YTD Completed", "YTD Planned")

And just use that field instead of the checkbox in your report.

Thanks Adam, that made it :). I will have to discuss this solution with the managers as the solution includes the creation of an additional custom field and we are trying to use the already existing fields and possibilities in Salesforce. I will take this in account.
