Why are my accounts not appearing on another users list views?
I apologize because I know there have bee variations of this question on here and I have tried all those solutions and still struggling.
It's always just been myself in Salesforce but recently that changed and I just added a new user. I provided them a Standard User profile, provided them permissions and shared all my listviews with them.
When they log in they can see all the opportunities I have been working on and one list view under accounts. However most of the other account & contact list views I have created are there but when clicked on are empty.
You can find accounts by using the search bar at the top so I know they do have access to the acounts and contacts. It must be a listview issue. I am working in Lightning...any suggestions?
Not sure why they can see one list...but not all of the others...hmm.
There are basically 3 reasons why something doesn't show up in a List View or a Report:
1. It does not meet the scope or filter criteria being used.
2. The User does not have at least Read access to it
3. It does not exist
