Can't edit the permission set

Hello everybody,

It's my first post to the community and i'd like to start by saying "sorry" for my english...

I'm trying desperately to modify obect permissions to the Pardot Connector User but I don't have access to the "edit" button. However, I'm system administrator in Salesforce and in Pardot. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Thanks.

Hello Aurore,

I have no experience with the Pardot Connector itself, but from what I read it is something like a managed package you installed in your Salesforce Org. This includes an own permission set, which you want to edit, correct?

If so, you can not edit the permission set directly, as it came with the installed package. You can however clone the permission set (clone button should be left of the name of permission set), change this clone and then save it as new permission set. You can then use this new permission set instead of the standard pardo connector one.

Hope this can help you,

@Aurore, are you trying to change what objects pardot has access to? If so then you'll have to update the profile of the user that the Pardot Connector is assocated with
