New Admin needs to receive all "Error" notifications

Hi All,

I have a new admin who is taking over my position, and needs to receive all error notifications instead of me.  For example:

Error Occurred During Flow "Populate_Timestamps": Probably Limit Exceeded or 0 recipients

How can I make the switch so that I no longer get these emails and the new hire starts to get them?

Hi Bosko,

Per SF documenation, "Every time a flow interview fails, the admin who created the associated flow gets an email. The email includes the error message from the failure and details about every flow element that the interview executed."
Reference : https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=vpm_troubleshoot_email.htm&language=en_US&type=0

To switch that, another option I can think, you can have him set the processess to inactive (advisable doing this during days no one is using sf: end of business hrs/weekends) and have him activate back these processes.
He can easily do that using this heroku app : https://sfswitch.herokuapp.com

Thanks,
C

The error sounds like a flow error which is a beta feature. I guess it comes to the user who originally created the flow

To my knowledge, I don't think we can redirect them other than a simple outlook rule!

Your suggestion worked, thank you.  I'm wondering if you know the answer to this next question as well then.  We also use Web-to-case.  Every case currently comes in with me as the Owner, and those who submit the case get an auto email from me.  Would you know how I can get this updated to the new person?  I tried having the new person generate a new HTML and update the website with that, but I'm still the Owner of all new cases and email notifications come from me.

Check your case support settings.

Customize > Case > Support Settings > Default Case Owner.
