How do I copy a valid case URL when using Console view?

Unable to copy a case URL by right clicking and copying link address. The link provided looks like the following and will not allow others to easily open the case:

javascript:srcUp(%27%2F5006000000Vet91%3Fisdtp%3Dvw%27);

I accidentally hit a button combination one time while using console that opened a pop up with the normal accesible SF URL, but I haven't had any luck finding or re-creating this.

In the upper right corner, hidden above the scroll bar, is a barely noticable arrow:

Clicking on the chain-link produces the pop up with the shareable URL:

David,
Since the service console opens the case in the same page, the link on the case number uses javascript and not the direct url.

check this previous thread for some workaround

I am aware that the link contains javascript, but that does not mean a URL does not exist and it should be easier to grab.

Does anyone know how to grab an actual URL in Console? I am trying to provide this to users that are not in a console view and a clickable link is preferred over a case number. I know this is possible, I just have not been able to figure out how to reproduce the pop up that displays the link a second time. The pop up read something like "Copy HTML Link," was within the console, and gave the actual HTML link to the case instead of javascript. (example: https://na4.salesforce.com/5006000000UyPfP)

The previous thread is asking the same question but lacks the answer to my question.
