How Do I Change My Screen Layout?

I have a user that has the old classic view of salesforce.com where the search box is not in the top left-hand of the screen.  What setup feature do I go to update this for the user?

Umm this is not a user by user configuration. This is a org-wide change. Navigate to your name>Setup>App Estup>Customize>User Interface and make sure the Enable New User Interface Theme is checked.

Also, the user might not have updated their browser. get them to either start using Firefox or Chrome or update to the latest IE.
