salesforce for outlook not showing in outlook

I have downloaded and have sales force in the activity center but it is not showing in out look and I cant add emails to salesforce

In Outlook, click on Tools>Trust Center>Add-ins>

Look at the bottom of the list under Disabled Application Add-ins. If you see Salesfrce.com there, enable it and restart Outlook. Let me know if this helps.

Follow these instructions to "enable" the disabled add-in:

To re-enable an add-in that has been hard disabled by InfoPath 2007, Outlook 2007, or Visio 2007

  1. On the Tools menu, click Trust Center.

  2. In the categories pane, click Add-ins.

  3. In the details pane, locate the add-in in the Disabled Application Add-ins list.

    The Name column specifies the name of the assembly, and the Location column specifies the full path of the application manifest.

  4. In the Manage box, click Disabled Add-ins, and then click Go.

  5. Select the add-in and click Enable.

  6. Click Close.
