change mass email address from no-reply@salesforce.com to end user's email addre

if i send a mass email from salesforce, the reply address shows "no-reply@salesforce.com" on behalf of chris dichiara.  any way to change this to just the running user?

Yes, but you will risk your emails being seen as spam or blocked because Salesforce is essentially spoofing your email server. Here is how to do it:

Go to Setup>Admin Setup>Email Administration>Deliverability

Modify the Email Security Compliance section.
