Workflow trigger when a field value changes
Pick list Field Name = "report delivery preference"
pick list values:
- Fax Only
- FedEx Overnight Only
- Fax and FedEx Ground
- Fax and FedEx Overnight
I would also like to create another workflow to send an email when a fax number changes.
Field Name: Fax

WFR Trigger Formula:
Is there was a way to set it up so the WFA is only triggered when a fax number changes from one value to another, e.g. 415.555.5555 to 415444.4444 and not null to 415.4444.4444?
