How to implement the ratings for Salesforce Knowledge Public website

I'm trying to implement the ratings area for the Public Based Knowledgebase. Salesforce displays on their articles but for some reason it doesn't show up for my web-based one. You see it on the bottom of articles where there are some stars with the wording "How helpful was this article?"

It's implemented in the internal side, but doesn't show up on the force.com side... ideas?

Hi Bill, 

Rating capabilities are available only for authenticated user (internal user, customer portal user, partner portal user). That's why you cannot see it in force.com site. 

Now, we are going to deliver a new Public Knowledge Base package on appexchange that will contains a feedback option for unauthenticated user. This solution is using custom object to get the feddback and a comment. This package is schedule to be release by dreamforce'11.

Do you know if this was released? as I can not find it. I'd like to turn on some ratings for our public knowledgebase.

From my previous comment, Public Knowledge Base 2 appexchange has been delivered and is available since February on Appexchange.

Can we use this feedback and deflection now with the Napili Template? I cannot find any information on how to do this.
