How to implement the ratings for Salesforce Knowledge Public website
It's implemented in the internal side, but doesn't show up on the force.com side... ideas?
Rating capabilities are available only for authenticated user (internal user, customer portal user, partner portal user). That's why you cannot see it in force.com site.
Now, we are going to deliver a new Public Knowledge Base package on appexchange that will contains a feedback option for unauthenticated user. This solution is using custom object to get the feddback and a comment. This package is schedule to be release by dreamforce'11.
