if tablet crashes before data is synchronized are calls submitted/accessible?
I submit calls after completion but my tablet malfunctioned and I need to access the call activity. For example, on 3/3/11 calls included sample signature accepted and submitted but unable to locate in Salesforce.com system. Can a report be generated that shows call activity as it occured?
In VMobile, calls are "Submitted" after completion but my tablet malfunctioned and was unable to perform a system data sync. Can any report be generated in either VMobile or Salesforce.com (VEEVA) that shows call activity?
