I've been working in, or in service to, nonprofits and philanthropic institutions since the late 1990s when I earned a Masters of Public Administration from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service. My Salesforce administrator career began in 2009 as an outgrowth of nonprofit technology management at a national racial justice organization. By 2011, I began a career in consulting for nonprofits implementing Salesforce, culminating in starting my own consulting firm in 2014. In 2015, I was honored as a Salesforce MVP, which I retained until joining Salesforce.org in January 2017. Along the way, I've implemented Salesforce for over 60 nonprofits ranging from small volunteer agencies to large, multi-office, international organizations. I've presented on nonprofit technology management and strategy, CRM and Salesforce, at venues ranging from the NTEN NTC, NetSquared, Raising Change, and Dreamforce conferences for over a decade.####Pronouns: They/Them/Theirs
