I have been implementing CRM solution for clients since 2006. I am very well versed in Service Cloud, Force.com, and Portal/Sites/Communities. I am hands-on and like to dig into the configuration to get to the bottom of a problem. This habit allowed me to acquire a strong understanding of Salesforce and the nuances in the configuration details.
