We have had Pardot for years, but the fact that it is low quality, overpriced, and such a limited service is exactly why we are looking for a replacement.
There are so many other services out there that offer way better UI along with simple things like tracking who replies.

I have a call with my Pardot rep next week to discuss the shortcomings with Pardot. Not being able to track the replies to the emails I've sent is a huge hurdle considering I have to manually go back to campaigns and try to calculate that total.
I wish we could just call in and talk to someone about this but I found out that in order to get better support from Pardot you have to pay for their "Premier Support" package to get someone to actually help you. My company would of left Pardot awhile ago if we weren't locked into a contract.
If anyone figures out a simple workaround for figuring out total email replies, please let us know. Wishing you all the best!
