How can this still be under review? There is a report that lists unmailable contacts. But we need to separate them by the reason. Hard bounces can be safely removed in order to clean up the list. Why can't we just filter a list of unmailable contacts by the reason why they are unmailable?

This should also include Soft Bounces. If someone soft bounces 5 times, they move to Hard bounces, but the Hard boucne info does not translate to these contacts. They are considered Hard bounced, but you get none of the Hard Bounce data or reporting with it. They get marked as Do Not Email with no way to really tell why.

This is crazy, more than 3 years since this issue was open and no pardot engineer manager thought it is important enough to give their clients the option to report on their Hard bounces? why should I use SFDc for this kind of reporting, if you already have the fields and they are mapping to SFDC. this is a simple programing to enable your customers with the feature of reporting on their Hard bounceds when needed (instead of going to each email and collect the data).

To echo Mike, bounce data from Pardot is reflected in Salesforce. The fields populated using Pardot data include "Pardot Hard Bounced," "Email Bounced Reason," and "Email Bounce Date." More info here - https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=pardot_default_prospect_field_mapping.htm&type=0
