MUST HAVE.Pls. make a browser notification (chrome), when a customer chats (pop up, browser flashes OR something). If a supporter is working on a technical issue it is not sure the supporter will look into the Consol/salesforce in Chrome. It is fine with the sound, but not good enough.

Yes! I've had several chats close because I was multi-tasking and my screen didn't notify me that someone had responded so the chat timed out. There should be a pop-up or flashing light at least, particularly for those of us in quiet work environments who may not be able to have sound playing on their computers.

This is a great idea - the purpose of Live Chat is for fast communication from console users with end users. Console users are working cases until chats come; so they aren't visually attending the chat. Ability to amplify/increase notification options is extremely valuable, especially considering that visual and audio cues should be equally significant, so that this is a more universal design.

Please, please, please add some kind of notification that stays on the screen!!! Right now it's useless to have operator software that can be easily ignored. I need to lean-out resources - which means I need someone that will be multi-tasking - which means they won't be looking at omni-channel all the time - which means the notifications need to be super obvious.

This idea isn't getting much traction with votes, but I'm sure something everyone shares in from the users. We're into our implementation already just a couple weeks and we're fielding questions about a popup that is thrown modal, especially given the OmniChannel way of routing to Agents. Would like to see what can be done here.
