May 2		 Anyone known issues out there with Vista/using 2003 outlook and the Desktop Integration connect to microsoft outlook??

Not all Salesforce buttons are displaying in outlook like before......

May 3		 I was using Office 2003 but not Office 2007 but I had vista an office 2003 with outlook edition for salesforce and all worked fine not one issue :-)

POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
DEPARTMENT: LDB
REPORTS TO: 3 LDB Executives
POSTING CLOSES: Open Until Filled

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

May perform all or a majority of the following:

Direct responsibility for scheduling and facilitation of day to day activities of company executives including meetings, correspondence, telephones calls, travel, mail and other related items
Coordinate personal and business calendar for executive
Maintain Outlook Contacts for both business and personal contacts
Act as liaison between executive and outside boards or organizations
Will functionally support the pre-sales process with specific direction from one or more of the Producers
Provide word processing and spreadsheet expertise for the processing of Requests for Proposal, client presentations, client reports and recommendations, or other specific projects under the direction of the Producers
Provide assistance in copying, sorting, binding, distribution and/or mailing of Requests for Proposal or other client information
Ability to meet deadlines
Capable of anticipating the needs of the Producers
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Flexibility is required.
Other assignments as required.
